Operation process for Full Container Load.

• 1Choose a sailing ETD based on cargo ready date.
• 2Make booking to shipping line at 7 days before vessel departs.
• 3Finish container stuffing before CY closing.
• 4Fulfill customs clearance at 3 days before customs cutoff.
• 5EDI & VGM transmitted.
• 6Submit BL information before DOC cutoff, around 3-4 days before vessel departs.
• 7Pre-alert available with full documents including HBL & MBL & Debit Note within 3-5 days after vessel departs.
• 8Container release at destination port 5-7 days before vessel arrival upon payment.
